Fasten Your Seatbelts

OK, sooo...heh heh...my brother forwarded this to me...and it put me into a laughing fit all day long. You know you've had one of these laughing fits before. The kind when something really funny happens and you just keep re-playing it in your mind over and over and over again...and you just can't stop laughing...for at least the next 12 minutes.

That's what this video did to me today. Right in the middle of work. I think people in the office started wondering what was going on with me. I was shaking so much that someone finally came in and asked me if I was all right. All I could do was point to my rib cage and say, "I think I pulled a muscle."

So enjoy. And thank you Vince for brightening my day in so many ways!

Ok, so I guess I missed something. Drew is standing beside me laughing as I write this but um, I totally didn't think it was funny. Maybe I am just tired or something.

I didn't laugh either, but Bri did. :) I think Ben would laugh his head off. It must be a guy thing.

Maybe you're right. Maybe it's just a guy thing. Let's poll it!

I laughed, but I had to watch it a second time. The first time I didn't think it was funny. I am pretty sure that Joe will go into hysterics though, so I'm sending him to watch it as well.

Sarah was right. I was laughing too. I sat here for a second to think about what makes this so funny. It is the imagination. Let me explain. When the video ends so abruptly the imagination starts going as to how the "geniuses" are reacting and how many %#@!'s are coming out of their mouths. It's also one of those, I've been there before like the time I set fire to the ground in two lines so it looked like the Back-to-the-Future streaks...then the fire skipped over to the gasoline tank. Don't worry I only have burn marks on 95% of my body, not 100%. Not really, my younger brother threw some grass clippings on top of the can and snuffed the fire out. Good times...it's amazing I'm still alive. I'm still laughing.

That's it, Ben. I think you nailed it. Maybe that's why the guys find it funny and the girls don't. What guy hasn't had one of those experiences, like yours, of doing something that ends up getting out of control or not quite going as we planned?

I remember one time in high school I was out with some buds and we threw a bottle rocket out of our car window and into an empty box on the side of the road. Well, we thought it was empty. It actually had motor oil in it. It caught fire, and by the time we circled back around to check on it, the fire had jumped out of the box, onto the grass, and was growing quickly. A crowd gathered pretty quickly and it wasn't long before the fire trucks started coming. All from a bottle rocket. Gotta love it.

Joe knows what we mean (click here). How can you not find this stuff funny?

Haha, corinne, that's gotta make you laugh, come on. It's funny cause that's the last thing you would want to happen when firing that.
